The Iranian Graduate Student Foundation (IGSF) is hosting a discussion panel with immigration attorney Ralf Wiedemann who heads the immigration practice at the law firm of Montgomery McCracken. Mr. Wiedemann will discuss the considerations and procedures for seeking work-authorized status in the U.S. following graduation, as well as common avenues for pursuing permanent residence/Green Card status with particular focus on National Interest Waiver (NIW) and Extraordinary Ability visas. There will be ample opportunities for questions and answers. The panel is moderated by Morteza (Mark) Afshari, attorney at Montgomery McCracken.
